Exchange and Return Policy
To benefit from the exchange and return services, you must bring the original invoice.
The refunded amount will be returned to your bank account or installment company. Please allow 7 to 24 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Replacement within 14 days from the date of purchase, taking into account the conditions below:
The product must be in its original condition as it was purchased, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
- In the event of purchasing a package or offer bundle, the customer must return all products included in the bundle. They cannot be returned partially, provided that all products are in their original condition.
- The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of a return or exchange.
- Products that have been opened cannot be returned or replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - the product being exposed to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s specifications).
- Your destination store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect on the website, an error in the stated price, or the product’s stock running out, and return the amount to the customer’s bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand that the product be provided.
- Our policy is subject to change without notice. Your First Destination reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.
