If this is your first order through Tamara:

Tamara allows the first order to be paid in installments for products priced between 1000-1500 riyals only.

With each additional request, the limit increases upon commitment to payment.

How to order in installments through Tamara:

Choose the product you want
When paying, choose Tamara as your payment method.
Log in or create a new account
If this is your first application, we will need to verify your national ID/residence.
Make your first payment and track your remaining payments through the app.

Do you have a question, or are you a long-standing Tamara customer and your purchases exceed 2,500 riyals?

Why might your application with Tamara be rejected?

- Your bank card does not support online purchases.

- The existence of financial defaults with a bank, telecommunications company, or entity registered with SIMAH/Etihad Credit Bureau.

- You have unpaid amounts with Tamara.

- The request will be rejected by our risk program, which depends on several factors, including the value of the purchases.

- Your order amount is higher than the maximum limit.

If the above reasons do not apply to you, we advise you to try again with a different card.
